About

180° unobstructed views of Mt. LeConte from two private decks and a hot tub made for stargazing. Where most cabins on this street added a third bedroom, we built a private theater and game loft instead: pool table, air hockey, foosball and a 700-game arcade. Two king bedrooms plus two sofa beds sleep 8. Jacuzzi tub, cozy fireplace, and paved roads all the way to a quiet dead-end street, 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.

Inside, an open living and dining area centers around a cozy indoor fireplace — perfect for cooler mountain evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking a real meal, with a dining table that seats the whole group. Upstairs, the private theater room and full game loft are the heart of the fun: a pool table, foosball, air hockey, and an arcade cabinet loaded with 700 classic games. Two full bathrooms keep mornings simple with a full group in the house. Step outside to two separate decks — one off the main living area, one off the hot tub — both looking straight out at Mt. LeConte. A short 5-minute walk brings you to the Legacy Mountain Resort amenity center, with a fitness gym and seasonal outdoor pool. Self-check-in with a keyless entry code sent before arrival — arrive on your own schedule, no need to coordinate a meetup. Parking is available directly at the cabin. Every stay is professionally cleaned and inspected beforehand, and we stock starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner) so you're not making a store run on arrival night. The hot tub is drained and refilled with fresh water before every check-in. Best explored by car — the roads in are paved the whole way, no steep or unpaved mountain driving. The Pigeon Forge trolley is a convenient car-free option for the main attractions, and Uber/Lyft operate in the area (availability can vary late at night). The closest major airport is McGhee Tyson (TYS) in Knoxville, about an hour away.

You're in black bear country — sightings are rare but possible. Keep food, coolers, and trash secured, and enjoy any wildlife you spot from a respectful distance. This cabin is smoke- and pet-free to keep it fresh for every guest. Legacy Mountain Ziplines are a short walk from the cabin if you're looking for an extra adventure during your stay. Most cabins on this street converted their loft into a third bedroom — we kept ours as a private theater and full game loft instead, because we built this place for groups who want to actually do something together, not just sleep in it.

🏔️ Welcome to Sanctuary in the Smokies! A few ground rules so everyone (bears included) has a great time. 👥 GUEST COUNT Sleeps 8, max. Registered guests only. Unregistered visitors will be escorted out by our neighborhood black bear, who works for tips (half-eaten sandwiches preferred). 🌙 QUIET HOURS: 11 PM – 8 AM Sound travels in these hills like it has somewhere to be. Keep late nights mellow; your neighbors, and the owls, thank you. ♨️ HOT TUB & JACUZZI We drain and refill the hot tub with fresh water before every stay. Shower before soaking, no glass anywhere near it, and put the cover back when you're done. The jacuzzi tub is not a bubble bath. We know it's tempting. Bubbles + jets = foam monster. 🎱 GAME LOFT Pool table, air hockey, foosball and a 700-game arcade. Play hard, play nice. Cues are for pool balls, not sword fights. Please report any casualties (to the equipment, not your pride). 🎬 THEATER ROOM Popcorn is encouraged. Feet on the furniture are forgiven. Please keep drinks lidded and snacks off the floor. 🔥 FIREPLACE It's electric: flip it on, enjoy the glow, turn it off when you leave the room. No need to feed it logs; it's on a strict no-wood diet. 🚭 SMOKING & VAPING None indoors, ever. Outdoors is fine. Just take the butts with you so the view stays postcard-worthy. 🐾 PETS We love your furry friends, but this cabin stays 100% pet-free for guests with allergies. 🚗 PARKING There's room for 4+ vehicles right at the cabin. No mountain-parallel-parking heroics required. 🐻 BEAR COUNTRY All trash goes in the bear-proof bins, latched with the chain and carabiner. Food left outside counts as an RSVP, and bears never cancel. Bring a flashlight after dark and admire wildlife from a respectful, selfie-free distance. 🚪 CHECKOUT: 10 AM Start the dishwasher, towels in the shower, lock up, and give the mountains a goodbye wave. ✌️
